Dear community,

 

I recently bought a Color Laserjet Pro 3302.

Then I found out that its embedded webserver can directly send a scan to an email repiciant.

Question is, how to "see" If mailing was successful.

Normally I'd expect to find the mail in my "sent" folder of my email client.

The Quick Set is sending the missive (scan content) machine - to - machine.

 

There is no interaction with the sender's "Sent" mail box.

 

Although it won't help with knowing whether the email makes it to the intended recipient's Inbox, you could try adding one of your own email addresses to the list of those intended to receive the content.   This will help you understand whether the Quick Set is functional.

 

Reminder:  Separate email recipients using a semi-colon or a comma

 

Example - Email address setup - Recipient List
