WHEN I TRY TO SCAN IT SAYS SCAN TO COMPUTER IS UNAVAILABLE AND TO USE IMPORT OR CAMERA OPTION, RAN HP SCAN DOCTOR STILL SAME THING HAPPENS.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Don't think this printer model supports the feature to scan to computer.  

 

You can scan using the HP Scan after installing the software.
