HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premier All-in-One Printer

I purchased my Printer from office depot on on 11/27/24.  It is making a high pitch noise when I use it.  This printer is not that old to have this issue.  Is there some way I can get help with this matter please.  Also when I type in the warranty information It stated this printer was bought in July 2024 which is incorrect.
