To better assist you - 

 

1.) What's the exact model name of the printer - Is it an HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw Printer or HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277n Printer?

2.) How's the printer connected? 

3.) Does the copy works? 

4.) Are you trying to scan from the printer's control panel or from the software?
