I have a MacOS 10.14 mojave operating system.
HP Easyjet G3110 ScanJet.
The driver is installed correctly.
The EasyJet scan program cannot find it.
In the MACOS system information there is a scanjet in the USB menu.
USB cable is fine.

How can I bring it to life?

Hi,

Follow HP Easy Start to ensure the latest HP Essential Software is correctly installed indeed:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip

 

From HP Easy Scan click the HP Easy Scan menu and then Check for Updates and be sure to install any available update.

I removed the zip file from the link you provided.
After unpacking I ran.
The installation has started.
At the device recognition, a photo of the Scanjet G3110 with USB text beneath it is visible.
The entire installation was successful.
Unfortunately, the test page does not recognize the device when scanning, akoor already says the device could not be found.
In the MACOS system information there is a scanjet in the USB menu.
USB cable is fine.

That's half iser then.

Is there another solution?

I have a Mac Mini at the end of 2014.
The G3110 is connected to one of the 3 USB connectors on the back.
Is there any port ban possible?
Why do you recognize the device at the beginning of the installation?
And when the test scan is, you can't see it there anymore?

Hi!
Resolved ScaJet G3110 problem
The HP_ScanJet_v2.4.3.dmg driver was missing.
Unfortunately, this product is not there as a driver when downloading.
I installed it and immediately restarted the Image Manager without the need to reboot.
