The COPY default settings might -- or might not - be present in your printer's EWS (Embedded Web Server).

If yes, EWS includes a COPY Defaults section, then the Copy Defaults can be checked / adjusted.

What if?

If you cannot manage the COPY setup from the printer or EWS for any reason,

Use Scan

Use an application / software from your device (computer, tablet, phone) to Scan the content and Save it to the Device or a supported Cloud Storage destination.

Once the content is Scanned and Saved,

Open the saved file in an appropriate app / program for the type of device and print.

The examples illustrate scanning on a Mobile device - should you need examples for Windows, please ask.

Tab Settings > Security > Administrator Settings > Enable >> Check box next to Webscan

Click Apply to save any changes

Use Webscan

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Scan > Webscan 

Set up Webscan the way you want it - for example, set the Source to ADF

Click Start Scan to scan your document / image using Webscan

After the scan is complete, Save the scan to your computer.
