Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have Microsoft Office 2003 Basic Edition and have been using the Document Imaging facility ever since I purchased this printer with no problems.  Now when I try to use this feature I get an error message saying 'no compatible printer installed, please install printer'.  I have uninstalled and re-installed the Office 2003 software and the printer software. My operating system is Widows 10 on a desktop.

Thanks for replying.  I've just fixed this problem.  I discovered on the Microsoft Office website that Document Imaging no longer operates on older versions of Office.  They recommended downloading Microsoft Sharepoint Designer 2007, which is free.  I did this and when it was downloaded I set up  Document Imaging in the same way as I did for Office 2003.  It now works as before.  Microsoft certainly don't make things easy!

Hate to say this but Office 2007 and above is only compatible with Windows 10.  Suggest you update your software.
