  • Clean the scanner glass: Use a clean, lint-free cloth and some glass cleaner to carefully clean the scanner glass. Make sure there are no smudges or debris on the glass that could be causing the issue.
  • Check the scanner settings: Make sure that the scanning settings are set correctly in the printer software. Check the resolution and color settings to ensure they match the document you are scanning.
  • Try a different document: If the problem persists, try scanning a different document to see if the issue is with the scanner or the document itself.
  • Update the printer software: Check for any available updates for your printer's software and firmware. Updating the software may fix any bugs or issues that are causing the problem.
