When I try to send a fax, I get the error screen shown in the photo.

Did you ever figure out how to resolve your issue? I have having the same exact problem

No I haven't figured it out yet. Frustrating because I've sent thousands of faxes and I love the convenience but at this point I don't know what I'm paying for. About to cancel my subscription which is mostly useless now.
