Mobile Fax File Loading Error

I have tried loading my files to the HP Mobile Fax and continuously get a loading error.  I have downloaded the Universal Fax Driver but that has not helped.  Any suggestions?

Please sign up/sign in HP Account before using Mobile Fax.

You can attach a multi-page document or scan multiple files with your printer or mobile device camera.

Thanks for responding but I had already tried your recommendations.  I finally faxed through by phone and it worked great.  Not sure why it wouldn’t work by scanning thru the printer to my laptop.  It scanned but the documents would not upload so that I could fax.

Good to hear that you are able to use the Mobile Fax in your phone.

I have some clarification on the issue you are facing on your laptop:

1. What is the file size of your document? 

2. Does upload issue happen if you select any file from your PC by pressing the "Files and Photos" option?

3. Can you try to Scan your document using the "Scan" tile from the HP Smart Home page and then select Mobile Fax? Does the upload error also occur here?
