Mobile Fax Preview Blurry

I scanned some documents that were fine, but once I used mobile faxing I see that that the preview is blurry. I'm not sure if the recipient will receive the documents like the blurry preview or if they will be fine. I tried it on my phone and computer and both of them show blurry previews. I have uploaded a picture.

I am not sure there is any way for us to know the result.

Presumably these are files you can normally view on your device outside of the Mobile Fax application.

The result is perhaps a question until you can verify (ask the recipient). 

What?

If you know someone who can - and is willing to - receive a fax on their printer, send them a test fax.

What else?

The How-to document explains that you can see / save old faxes.

If this includes the actual content, check it there.

Not proof, of course, but another way to track down what might be happening.

Unfortunately, if the issue is not something you can resolve, there is no recourse except to stop using the service.

The contract is clear on this point - service presented "As is".
