Mobile Fax Troubleshooting

I'm trying to access my Mobile fax option on my HP  App but I don't have access to that feature.  My printing service as well as my warranty is expired.  What must I do to have th SE services work for me?

I see that you would like to use the mobile fax feature. Make sure the HP Smart app is up to date.
