Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e All-in-One Printer

My 2 yr warranty expired and ironically, my mobile fax function also stopped working on the same day. Whenever I try to fax, it'll tell me there's an error processing it and to try again. Nothing works. Not on my laptop with windows 10 nor on my mobile HP Smart app. 

Anyway to fix this? I go to My Account section and see that it's still on trial but why won't it work anymore? Any ideas how to fix it? 

 

Since my warranty expired, I can't even call customer service to try to rectify the HP Smart app issue for mobile fax.

Thank you for that. I signed up for Mobile Fax 06/2021 then 08/2021 my printer died so I ordered a new printer from HP. Guess that restarted the 2 yr trial.  I'm not buying a new printer every 2 yrs. Sad, thought HP was better than that.
