How much does HP charge for Mobile fax after the trial period ends? How long is the trial period. Seems to be a big mystery. Impossible to find the answer. Is it per page? What is the cost!!!

HP Mobile Fax - Trial Start and End Dates

 

Better news - Trial End Date causes Mobile Fax to stop working -- There is a fix on the horizon -

 

Our HP Community Agents have been updated and can assist when the Mobile Fax Trial software stops working due to the Trial End date.

 

What to do

 

Open your Mobile Fax account and check the Trial start and end dates.

 

If the Trial end date is today (or earlier),

Please submit a new Post in the Community and ask for help.

 

 Post New Question

 

In your message, indicate that your Mobile Fax account is displaying an outdated end date.

Ask for help.

 

Reminder

  • Do NOT publicly post private account information or pictures - this information is for Agents only.
  • Agents will instruct how to gather the information you need and how to send it to the agent.

HP Mobile Fax has been in a never-ending trial period for a long time.

 

There is no cost for Trial software.

 

Others have asked - How to cancel trial? 

There is no contract during the trial and no way to cancel a contract that does not exist.

 

There is no actual support for the trial software -- you are welcome to use it "as is".

 

Should anything ever change, the service might be switched over to a subscription model.

At that time, you would be offered a chance to continue using the service for a plan fee.
