I’m trying to fax using my mobile iPhone as I’ve done many times before but now I just got a pop up asking me to install it again if I haven’t already done so and it’s asking me if I want the mobile fax trial?  What’s this?  I never had that before.... is there a fee now to fax via mobile phone??

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Can ensure that you have the latest HP Smart app on the phone?

 

After that, this resource will show you how to use Mobile Fax.  It is on free trial for now.

 

Do note that you can only fax using the Mobile fax app on the phone and not receive any incoming faxes.
