Mobile Fax

Hi. Does anyone know how long the trial period for mobile faxing lasts for? I would love to continue using the mobile faxing service as it saves some time and easier than calling certain facilities where you speak to a robot lol. But anyways, also does anyone have an idea as to when the mobile faxing service will be a paid service or included in what we are already paying for? There does not seem to be any particular deadline, or I am unable to find the expiration date of the service. Each time I enter the mobile fax on the app, all it says is “Trial” but with no indication of when the service will end. If anyone knows anything that would be very much appreciated!

Mobile Fax has been in "Trial Mode" for years.

The nominal Trial period was 24 months / two years.

Last year (2024) that limitation was lifted.

An automatic reset was placed on the software to allow users to continue to use Mobile Fax.

Presumably the following still applies:

Should anything change, you will be notified 30 days before that change.

There is no actual HP support for Trial Software --

That means...

You are welcome to use Mobile Fax -- and it works or not.

Generally, Mobile Fax works - and if it stops working, at some point it will be kick started by HP.

We do not have any means to check on service outages.
