Which of the currently on shop multifunction printer models supports scan to email using SMTP Modern Authentication. Modern Authentication uses Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Office 365, **bleep**, Gsuite, Google apps, etc ..

Hi,

I am not aware of any printer currently supports a such,

 

Also, consumer HP printers supports SMTP connection only and does not support exchange, therefore Exchange online won't be applicable, but only for higher end HP Laserjet Enterprise printers...

 

For Microsoft 365 you may create and use an App Password:

Also for **bleep** or GSuite, you may use an App Passwords or allow Less Secure Apps access for your account to allow the printer to connect:

Sign in with App Passwords

Less secure apps & your Google Account
