HP Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP M577c

Hello, I am having a problem remote scanning with the HP Color LaserJet Entprises Flow MFP M577 via HP Scan. With HP Scan, as with the basic operation of the device, it is possible to switch off the multi-feed detection of the HP EveryPage technology for the automatic document feeder. However, the deactivation of the multiple catchment via the function of the remote scan with HP Scan does not work. Unfortunately, I have not found a setting with which a fundamental deactivation of multiple catchment detection for the system is possible. The background to the question is that we scan papers of different strengths and the scanner with the error message 31.13.00 (multiple catchment error in the template feed) stops the scanning process. It is particularly annoying if the papers have different strengths within a document to be scanned and then individual pages have to be scanned again via the flat bed scanner and must be inserted manually into the overall document. Maybe someone in the community has a similar problem and has found a workaround. Many thanks for your help.
