My HP ENVY Photo 7855 now produces blurry pictures when printed or copied. I need help.

I have an HP ENVY Photo 7855 (few years old). It now prints and copies blurry pictures. The pictures are no longer clear.  I use the proper HP photo paper. And I have already cleaned the heads. I need to know how to fix this issue. Thank you, Joanne
