HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer

My HP Office Jet Pro 9018 is not allowing me to log in to HP Smart.  The screen is just blank.

 

Then, I go to my HP phone app.  It is not working correctly.  It says I do not have ability to scan even thought I have scanned documents hundreds of times.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand the HP Smart app for your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 is displaying a blank screen and the scan function is not working, try reinstalling the HP Smart App and check.

Please uninstall the HP Smart app --> restart the Device, Wi-Fi router and printer --> install it back and add the Printer and check
