Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019

My MFP M477fdn printer quit scanning.  It will not scan with the ADF or even on the flatbed.  As soon as you press "Scan" it gives that Yellow Triangle symbol and says "Scan Failed."  I can print fine and even use the "Copy" function, but it quit scanning.  It's not set up for faxing, so I haven't tried that.  No error message or anything else.  The printer is on a network.  I printed on it from my office desktop and works like a charm.  What can I try to get it to scan?
