I was counseled to purchase this printer at Staples because I have a small business, which is a fax, scanner, and printer.  The HP Smart (total misnomer) app includes Mobile Fax.  Recently I have been unable to use the fax, which has significantly disrupted my business.  I see that my 2-year subscription expired, but I cannot renew this.  I spent 2 hours on the phone with support today trying to figure it out, but the very kind human who was helping me had no idea what to do.  Why can't anyone help me resubscribe to this service?   I purchased a brand new printer this week to see if it was an issue with the printer, but I am getting the same error message - Something went wrong before the fax was sent! 

please try again.  

Has anyone had this problem? 

I have been so frustrated- no one can help and I feel like if I gave this type of service in my business I would never survive.  How is this acceptable?
