My OfficeJet 3830 will not scan from the HP Smart app on my kids' HP Cromebook. We can print just fine from the laptop but can not scan to it. The printer works perfectly from other devices i.e iPhones and Laptops. When attempting to scan from the HP Smart app on the HP Cromebook it attempts to take you to the sign-in page but it always takes us to a page that says "invalid_grant
SAZ110002: state parameter duplicate".
This is a laptop used for the kids school work and it makes it hard to have to switch laptops to turn in work. Any suggestions would be a great deal of help.
