My ScanJet Pro 3000 s3 has all of a sudden stopped connecting to my computer. When I click on the HP Scanner Assistant it says scanner connection has not been successful. I have used the Scan Doctor multiple times. I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled it a couple times. I have tried to use Windows support but it can't identify the Scan Jet from the serial number. There is not a choice for a scanner in support. When I try to call support they say they can't help and channel me back to the website. Any ideas what I can try? I have not changed anything recently to think there is a problem with something else. My Windows 11 has been updated.
