No. I tried that the 3xs I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer program. Did not work. When it prompted me to connect the computer windows with tell me the last device you plugged in was not recognized. So it is what it is. But the printer program was better because when I went to make a scan it told me scan to pictures or documents now it just tells me to scan set a desktop and all my skins ending up in one place and I cannot figure out how to move them to different folders. But thank you so much for your advice because that's what helped me and solve this problem

If you want to change the scan destination folder then follow the below steps.
- You may change the default settings by changing the default scan shortcuts from the HP software:
- Open the printer software and select Scan a document or Photo.
- Click the Advanced Settings button for the used shortcut and select the destination folder within the Destination tab.
- Click OK and then click the Scan button.

I can't open the hp printer software. Program. The application will not work. I could only do it through the windows fax and scanner option on my start menu of Windows 10. Or from the printer itself but the only destination I can select is this PC and that's it

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
