When I scan my material into HP Smart, my computer just shuts down the program so that all the material I have scanned in is deleted and I can start over, can anyone tell me why? Is it because I scan too much at once? I scans about 200 pages

I did try this, and there is some issues with the scan and it needs to be opdatet. But when i install it, the system tells that the printer are all ready opdatet so i can't click on my printer and the same time its says it needs to be opdatet ?

Thank you for posting back.

Let's try next steps:

Root level uninstall and reinstall printer drivers

  • Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP DeskJet printer entries and uninstall them.
  • Now go to Control panel – Devices and printer – Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
  • Then press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" and press enter.
  • Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
  • Again, go to run window, type – “c:/programdata” – Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.

To reinstall, click here.
