Product: Officejet J3680 All-in-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The error code is 633; I've done everything around connectivity to enable fax sending/receiving without success. Its connected to a HP Pavilion and a phone connected to a Spectrum modem.
