My hp deskjet 2700 series printer, copy , scanner kept having to be reinstalled and smart hp app too. Finally now that it's working again, the smartapp doesn't seem to be completing the installation of all software needed and scanner won't work. Even followed the suggestions here and nothing works to fix the issue.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the HP FULL Solution Software for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-deskjet-2700-all-in-one-printer-series...

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
