Product: DeskJet Pro 9010 Series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to scan using HP Smart and using the printer interface itself. Both fail with a "scanner failure" message on the printer. The online HelpBot suggested cycling power to the printer. That did not change anything. The HelpBot suggested looking at the scanner light bar to see if it moves...it does not. Is there anything else to try?

Hi,

Servicing the printer would be the next step required to resolve a such, this is an hardware failure which requires a repair
