Yes,went through this section, both wireless and ethernet cabled(preferred by me,security purposes). Interestingly enough,I replaced my printer with a new 7155(Instant Ink "On") and not one problem after set up. Problem solved. But after watching Microsot do an update(during the initial setup) that jumped my security at the xfinity modem and then trying repeatedly to jump the Netgear 27 security....makes me wonder.

Alright, I have done everything I can think of including the steps you listed. And then I downloaded everything all over again, and still wasnt printing in color. Went through the process one more time and even downloaded the HP doctor app this last time because this last time it wont print anything now. It gives me an error (but no code). So I ran the Dr app and it said that there was an issue it could not fix and recommended that I download the hp easy start before doing the uninstall. So i did that, and went through the process of re installing again, and still no printing. I am at a loss. I am almost ready to Full system reboot my computer to make sure everything is properly uninstalled and just start from scratch. Help Please!!

@Sheree2284, Welcome to HP Support Community!
You can try creating a new user account on your computer and then install the printer software. Follow the steps-
1. Tap the Windows icon.
2. Select Settings.
3. Tap Accounts.
4. Select Family & other users.
5. Tap "Add someone else to this PC."
6. Select "I don't have this person's sign-in information."
7. Select "Add a user without a Microsoft account."
8. Enter a username, type the account's password twice, enter a clue and select Next.
9. Tap the Windows icon.
10. Select the User icon at the upper left corner of the Start menu.
11. Select the new user. You'll then sign in to your account with your password from step 8.
Once you have logged in, install the printer and try printing.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
