Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My MFP M428 FDW printer is showing a streak on documents loaded via the automatic document feeder. I know I need to clean the ADF rollers, but I cannot open the cover where those rollers are placed. An HP video for this printer shows a button to press to open the cover, but there is no such button on my printer. Any thoughts on how I can get this cover open to access and clean the rollers?

HP Recommended

Streaks are not caused by dirty rollers, they are caused by debris on the scanner glass. Use caution when cleaning as the slit glass for adf scanning has a plastic cover that can easily be scratched. Do not remove the plastic as the feeder does not function without it.
