Hello to all,

 

Just switched from a 8715 to a 7720 Printer. I don't see the option to scan to my NAS(Network Scan) on the 7720. This was available on the 8715 via software or directly on the printer's display

 

Am I missing something ?

Scan to network folder is not supported on OJ 7720.

Why didn't HP implement this on the 7720? It's newer than the 8715

There seems to be a firmware bug too. If I Scan to a PC and need to add more pages to that Scan, After pressing add Pages, the printer doesn't give me sufficient time to open the scanner and turn the paper. I have to be very fast or else it sends only that First Scan, even thow I pressed add pages and the printer Is waiting for my confirmation to continue.

 

I'm pretty upset with this model
