No Power issue with Scanner HP ScanJet Pro 4500 fn1 Network

Hello.

I have scanner HP ScanJet Pro 4500 fn1 Network, which has no power issue. 

The scanner has 7 months warranty left.

Problem is we have 3 scanners all are replaced under warranty, but none of them match the original serial number.

When checking online all 3 of them shows warranty expired, but the original serial number has still 7 months warranty remaining (original serial number in box).

How can i find which scanner is replaced under this original scanner and how do i claim warranty now?

You need to ask that a person who replaced the scanner under warranty, he or she should have a record of replacement serial numbers, not user.
