Product: officejet 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was using my Officejet 8710 for scanning in a number of programs.   I got a new computer a few months ago and reinstalled all of the drivers.  Now I do not have Twain capabilities.  I can still scan with WIA but some of my apps require TWAIN and I have no Twain drivers.  I have removed all the drivers and used the Complete Driver and Software download and still no TWAIN.  I am running Windows 10 v 1903.    I used to get an option of selecting either the WIA or Twain drivers now I do not get the TWAIN option.   I would like to know how I can get Twain working again.

@Paulfree17, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Microsoft no longer ships TWAIN data sources with Windows. For scanner and digital camera in-box drivers, Microsoft accepts only WIA drivers.
