What the heck???!! HP comes out with new software with LESS functionality and retires the old one?

Why does a PRINTING/SCANNING company make software that does not support double-sided scanning? Are you kidding me? How do I contact HP to complain about this? This is totally inexcusable.

Hi @David1178,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand how important double-sided scanning is to your workflow, and I’m here to help. Let’s take a closer look at this together. Could you please share the exact model of your printer/scanner? This will allow me to check for any available options or settings that might help.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards,

I'm an HP Employee.
