HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer

Printer works, but if I try to use the scanner it says ho scanner found.  I have a new apple air computer Sonoma 14.0.  tried downloading drivers for it, I get this updater does not contain updates for your device.   Please advise.  

BTW, there is a scam operation on the internet pretending to be a download site for HP.

  • Check Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer and that all cables are securely plugged in.
  • Update Software: Visit the official HP website to download and install the latest drivers and software specifically designed for your printer model and your macOS version.   • Reset Printing System: Sometimes resetting the printing system on your Mac can help resolve scanner issues.
