HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

Three weeks ago I purchased the last of three OfficeJet Pro 9015e.This one, like the previous two, was broken. I have spent many hours troubleshooting with HP Tech Support and on my own. My warranty is in full affect until September. However, though I have returned the previous 2 printers, I still do not have the replacement AFTER THREE WEEKS!  It is obvious that HP does not care for its customers, witness the shabby way HP is making new printers. I finally spoke to a manager who, five days ago, assured me that FedEx would come to my home to pick up the printer (this free method because I've had surgery and cannot lift heavy objects). And every day I get emails from HP with contradictory information. It is stated that the replacement printer has been shipped to me.  WHERE IS IT?  NOW I AM OBLIGED TO CONTACT the CA ATTORNEY  GENERAL's office with the many details I've kept on my hard drive, for redress of your considerable inability to do basic essential assistance to a customer concerning your faulty printers.  AND I AM CONTACTING ALSO THE CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREAU.
Your cheapness and arrogance will bite you in the end.

Thank you for contacting me Rachel571.  I cannot find my private messages!  Yes, I have a case number but god forbid that I should put it here.  Who may be watching?

 

I am really disgusted with HP on many counts.  I'm amazed they still are in business, however faulty. And I have contacted several official sites to report the many failures of HP and will continue to do so until I receive my replacement.

 

On Monday, a FedEx employee came to take the third broken OfficeJet 9015e.  But he was so confused he actually began to cry! So he ran back to his truck and left, without the printer!  The following day, the printer was taken from my porch but no document was left!  HP sent me several emails stating they were sending me a printer label.  That never happened.  

I cannot reach a human at FedEx and since I've been left no written notification I'm in s****'s creek.

 

I am exhausted by all this.  Three weeks of HP hell and still no replacement printer.  I'm trully sorry for you, Rachel571, that you are employed at HP.  But I am extremely grateful for your attempt to help.

After purchasing THREE HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e printers and EACH of them arrived broken, after more than 3 weeks I just received a replacement printer.

BUT IT'S IN POLISH!!!!

I do not trust HP at all.  You all out there shouldn't be supporting them with your purchases.  I will do my best to effect their market share as disadvantageously as I can.  

I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and it was they who had an HP Case Manager to "help" which landed me with a Polish-speaking printer.

Next step: CA Attorney General's office and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

We are all being scammed by the Supreme Court AND HP, because there are no longer any rational guidelines.
