Hello,

 

 After update 10.12.2 my 5180 Can Scan, and My 8500 Can use the automatic load document for scanning..

So it's work now.. 3 month it's very long for users  without scanner..

The latest Sierra update (10.12.2) also fixes the scanning issues for me with an C5100. Happy that the scanning works again, I was already thinking this was a lost cause...
