Product: Officejet 6970
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

AS of Firmware MCP2CN2006BR dated 2020-02-06 Scan to email document is missing .pdf document extension so Windows 10 reports there is no program to open the file.


I have verified the file is in fact a PDF,, just that the file extension is missing/blank.  I have reset the printer and the problem was not corrected.
