Hello, I can't scan to computer from the Printer Screen (computer do not appear) on 2 MacBook (M1/M2) on Macos 13/14.

- Using Scan from HP Smart Works OK

- Scan to a Windows Computer Works OK (I can use HP Utility to enable scan to computer, but only to the windows computer it has been installed)

 

HP utillity is not available for MacOS and there are no parameter in HP Smart allowing scan to computer

When I connect to the Printer Web Server, under Scan parameters "Scanning to computer has been deactivated. Please contact admin.."

 

The printer is a shared one, located upstairs, so it would be more convenient to be able to scan to computer directly from the printer screen. Thanks for any help.
