Product: OfficeJet 8725
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The users manual says on pg. 149 that my OfficeJet 8725 can get as high as 1200 x 1200 resolution on a scan. How can I get this ? The highest I can get is 300.

My HP Print assistant screen is different than yours, however if i change "source" to "flatbed" I get 1200 x 1200.

Hi,

 

Please try to scan from printer software (ie from your computer) and select always from glass

 

       from glass.png
