Product: HP Officejet Pro 6835 e-All-in-One Printer
I can not shut off the printer and I am not able to scan. Called today the hotline, did a complete reset, try to scan via hp smart or direct on laptop via settings -> printers. Both didn‘t work. Staff from hotline tells me I need a new printer. I got this printer 3years ago from HP as a replacement because my go printer before didn’t work any more shortly after warranty was over. Is this hp quality a joke? Even find out today the replacement was not new and only a refurbished printer. I don’t know what to do.
somebody has an idea? Should I file a complaint with hp? And maybe this experience should be shared in the internet as well.
