On OfficeJet Pro 8710 : when attempting to copy or print, an endless wheel comes up on the printer's screen that says Copying or Printing.  Have unplugged it for 60 seconds and have used the Restore to Factory Defaults option under the Restore section of the Printer Maintenace option.  The printer will print the pages after I do cleaning or alignment.  I have read previously that perhaps I need to do a hard reset but may need some sort of confidential process or code?  Thank you.
