OfficeJetPro 8600 & Faxes

I have Spectrum for Internet service with the modem and router next to my 8600 printer. The connecting cables are 2-wire phone company cables. Router works fine. But I cannot send snd ? Receive faxes. My Fax Test Report this morning says all tests passed. Help appreciated. Thank you.

Have you connected a phone line to the printer?

The 2 wire cable should be connected between the printer's line-1 port and the telephone jack.

To know how to setup fax on the printer, refer to this document - How to Fax.

Run a fax test to check for any defects once the connections are made.
