The paper wont load. the paper is detected. the rollers are clean. the issue is when a print job is started the 2 black plastic spring loaded prongs do not reach out to grab the paper. the error is "paper jam" but there is no paper jammed. I have barely used the printer. It was working perfectly then this issue suddenly happened.

 

Very frustrated. I have spent hours on this and read everything I can find online with no solutions
