Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The software that is on the HP website won't install because it says I don't have administrative permission (even though I do). There's nothing in the manual that directly references the ability to scan negatives. There's a whole strip of glass on the left side that is the perfect size for scanning 35mm negatives; however, I can't find any setting to change or a thing to switch to make it actually scan that portion of the glass.

No, it does not have attachment for scanning film (slides or negatives).
