Product: Officejet 6950
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi.  Whilst I can scan to email using my PC connected to the 6950 I can't email the other way round i.e.email to my PC using the printer touch screen.  It comes up with a fault 'Automatic Scanning could not be completed.  Anyone seen this or know of this issue?

Welcome to the HP Community

 

Enable the scan to a computer feature.

 

1. Open the HP printer software. For more information, see Open the HP printer software (Windows).

2. Go to the Scan section.

3. Select Manage Scan to Computer.

4. Click Enable.

 

Now try to scan.
