Officejet Pro 8740 Embedded Web Server login

Embedded Web Server on Office Jet Pro 8740 asks for SignIn. I have forgotten the password I've set for admin. 

-- I have attempted the Semi-Full reset. 

-- I have navigated through the control panel on the print to execute "Restore Network Settings" 

Neither of these approaches achieve a reset of the embedded web server's admin password back to default.

Please message me the proper procedure to accomplish this. 

In short, I am unable to "Sign In"  into the embedded web server for my Office Jet Pro 8740. 

Entering "admin" for the username, while leaving the password field blank, results in failed login attempt.
