Product: Officejet Pro 9015e

Officejet Pro 9015e and Windows 10: Scanner does not pick up the page from feeder. It work fine when placing the page onto the flat bed glass.

I have tested the printer using another computer operating Windows 7. The printer works perfect.

Is there any special parameter to select when operating Windows 10 and HP Smart App.
