I am trying to add some email recipients to the "Email Address Book" for "Scan to Email" functionality. Unfortunately, the "Add" icon is completely disabled and I cannot seem to add anyone. I am logged into the Embedded Web Server as the Admin and yet no luck. 


Can anyone provide any thoughts? This is extremely frustrating!

Oh wow, I had no idea there was a limit. Do you know where I can find this limit? I currenlt have 15 people in the address book.  If 15 is the limit, are you aware of any other way to scan emails and send to an individual if not from the address book? THank you so much!

Hi,

 

I think the limit is around 20 but could be less depending on printer model/product. To scan and send to other email(s), you have to manually type in the receipient email address(es) exactly the same way as you send an email.
